NTA website redesign with Pavilion Interactive

Following discussions with the NTA in 2009, we held four workshops with their user groups, resulting in a proposal to redesign the existing Bedvacs part of the NTA website.

The NTA has confirmed they will be proceeding with this proposal. One of the key points of the proposal focuses on improving the search experience for both citizens and professionals. In addition, the new site will enable all users to engage with each other, in a Web 2.0 environment.

Stockport extends stakeholder engagement programme

Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council has recently signed a contract to extend the stakeholder engagement programme they have been running through CareKnowledge for a further 18 months.

This contract  will ensure that we continue to develop their interactive communication with them. The stakeholder engagement programme has been exceptionally successful, with usage rates increasing to over 900 logins in October alone – more than double the number logging in at the start of the year.
